Which building surfaces can you wash?
We assess façades, cladding, signage, glass and roofs. The wash method and chemistry depend on the material, coating and condition, so we inspect the surface before confirming a scope.
Will the building need scaffolding or rope access?
The tethered wash drone can reach up to 60 m from the ground on suitable sites. We still assess nearby obstacles, public access and the working area before deciding how the job can be done safely.
What do you need from us on the day?
We agree on a safe launch area, exclusion zones and any water or power requirements during planning. Access to areas below the work may need to be temporarily restricted.
What is included in the quote?
The quote sets out the surfaces, wash method, access arrangements and reporting included. Any unusual site preparation or traffic management is identified during the assessment.
