Every commercial job comes with a full SSSP before anyone mobilises. Every job ships with a pre-flight capture and a post-job report, and on larger sites a full photogrammetric condition scan.

Safety exclusion zones
Exclusion zones

A clear safety boundary around every flight.

Before take-off, we set a site-specific exclusion zone around the work area, pedestrian routes and the aircraft’s operating envelope. The boundary is agreed with the site team and controlled by our dedicated ground crew.

It keeps workers, the public and neighbouring activity safely separated from the flight, while the pilot focuses on the task from the ground. Conditions, access points and the zone itself are checked again before every operation.

PART 102 CERTIFIED
CAA certification

Approved to operate beyond standard rules.

DroneX holds a current Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Part 102 Unmanned Aircraft Operator Certificate (UAOC), demonstrating our commitment to safe, compliant and professional UAV operations across New Zealand.

This certification allows us to operate beyond the standard Part 101 rules and enables a range of advanced capabilities, with every operation governed by our approved procedures.

SSSP, before we mobilise

Every commercial job comes with a full site-specific safety plan: our SOPs referenced against a hazard assessment matrix built for that site, with the control for every hazard written down and agreed before a wheel leaves the yard.

Pre-flight assessment

Airspace check, wind window, exclusion zones and a site-specific hazard register signed off before takeoff.

Two-person crew

Certified pilot plus dedicated ground spotter, both on the ground for the duration of the job.

Documented chemistry

Low-toxicity products with SDS on file, dilution logged and runoff controlled at the boundary.

Pre-job capture

Full-perimeter 4K photo and video survey — surface condition, existing damage and access points, recorded before a drop of water.

Post-job report

Same flight paths re-flown for side-by-side before/after imagery, plus methodology and chemistry used.

3D condition scan

Optional photogrammetric model with measurable surfaces, defect pinning and a maintenance baseline.
